Okay, so I think he's about done. Hope you guys like it. I tried putting pupils in his eyes, but it just didn't seem to work very well. If there are any other last minute critiques, let me know. Otherwise this guy's due on Monday
Monomyth has begun to enter the realm of 3D! In case any of you don't recognize this guy, this is Aurech from the Monomyth property a buddy of mine and I are working on. I'm pretty excited so far. I haven't tried modeling anything organic in Maya before, so we'll see how it turns out, but I'm pretty optimistic so far. Cheers!
Hey everybody! I've decided that in order to be sure that I post something at least once a week I'm going to post my drawings from the weekly sketch night I have with a couple of friends. Usually we get together to talk, sketch, eat, and watch a movie. Last night we watched Back to the Future and for some reason this is what came out.
Meet Prancer, interdimensional space traveler, rainbow whisperer, and guardian of the unicorns. Those are rainbows bursting forth from his righteous fist
Okay. I've been slacking big time lately as far as posting stuff goes so I'm going to try to be better. I have several projects going on right now and none of them are at the stage where I want to share them yet. Anyway, yesterday I got the urge to do some stuff in illustrator. I'm not sure why, but here's a peek at the piece I started. It's got a ways to go but I'm pretty excited about it so far.
I love Peter De Seve. He posted this drawing on his blog the other day and I just had to paint it. For those of you who may not know who Pete De Seve is, it would be wise to get acquainted with his stuff.
Thank you for visiting my blog. I love what I do and hope that you like my stuff. Please leave comments, critiques, whatever you feel like sharing.
